What we can do
Correct something on a page: a stale figure, a clause that changed, an operator that no longer accepts your country. Send a source and we will verify it, fix it, and date the correction.
Add an operator we have not covered, or explain why one sits where it does in a ranking.
What we cannot do
We are an independent research site, not a casino and not an agent for any operator. We hold no account with them and cannot see your balance, release a pending withdrawal, or recover funds. If you have a dispute, the route is the operator's own support first, then the licensor named in its site footer.
