The short answer

What does one Anjouan register entry contain?

These are figures as read, and renewal happens. That is exactly why the dates are worth taking from the register itself on the day you ask, rather than from a comparison page.
How does the Anjouan register differ from Curaçao's?
The search itself differs. The Curaçao portal is searched by domain and returns a certificate naming the operating company, its company number, the grant date and the status. The Anjouan register is searched by number and returns the holder plus both dates.
In practice Curaçao tells you the state of a licence today without saying when it ends, and Anjouan tells you when it ends. A complete check therefore needs both registers, not one.
When a hundred domains were put to the Curaçao portal, five kinds of answer came back: thirty-seven Active, six Revoked, three removed from the registry, forty-one not found, and thirteen no answer at all. “Not found” is not a finding of no licence; it is the absence of an entry under that domain.
What does a licence not prove, however valid?
A live entry proves that a company is registered with an authority and that the authority keeps a record you can open. It does not prove that an operator will pay, within what deadline, or what becomes of a balance if the site stops answering.
